7th Pay Commission: Central Government can increase the central employee’s salary due to this

th Pay Commission: The salaries of Central Government employees have been increased according to the 7th Pay Commission.

Central employees are demanding that their salary be increased beyond the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission. He wants that the fitment factor should be increased to 3.68 times instead of 2.57 times increase. Employees say that due to rising inflation, it is difficult to spend in such a small amount of money. However, there is no indication of increase in salary by the government.

If the salaries of the employees increases according to the demand, then all its burden will be on the Central Government. 

There is a lot of money behind it. Many states and even railway have taken up this matter. Ranging from Tamil Nadu to Jammu & Kashmir State has raised the problem of revenues. States say that this can increase their financial losses. However, the situation of the economy is increasing expectation because many positive things are happening. In view of these positive things, the chances of salary increase have increased. The latest in it is that more tax collection is being done than GST.

For the first time, the goods and services tax (GST) crossed the Rs 1 lakh crore mark. Total GST collection was Rs 1,03,458 crores. This will give great relief to the government. This figure is expected to grow in the coming months. Government revenue will also increase significantly by this. Earlier it was very slow. 

However, after filing returns, it has increased after the confusion ended. With the increase in its revenue, the Government will be better off to think positive about the increase in the salary of the central government employees beyond the recommendation of the seventh pay commission.
